Parameters

row  Int32
The zero-based row of the first element in the array slice.
column  Int32
The zero-based column of the first element in the array slice.

Return Value

Array1D<T>
An array with offset that corresponds to a row in the array that starts at the specified position.

Remarks

All elements in a column are stored contiguously.
