Parameters

right DataFrame<R, C>: A data frame with the same index.
newColumnIndex Index<C>: An index that specifies the columns that should be retained in the combined data frame.
verify Boolean (Optional): Optional. Indicates whether uniqueness of the values in the combined index should be verified. The default is true.

Return Value

DataFrame<R, C>
A new data frame that consists of the rows of the current data frame followed by the rows of right.

Exceptions

ArgumentNullException	right is null.
InvalidOperationException	The indexes for the current data frame and right have some values in common.
