Remarks
Use the ComposedComplexVector<T> class to represent a complex vector where the real and imaginary parts are stored in separate, real vectors. If the imaginary components are not defined, they are assumed to be zero. This makes this class especially useful for storing a real matrix as a complex matrix.
The ComposedComplexVector<T> class provides methods and properties for all the common operations on vectors, including norms, dot products, as well as retrieving extreme values from a vector.
Overloaded versions of the major arithmetic operators are provided for languages that support them. For languages that don't support operator overloading, equivalent static methods are supplied.
To allow for greater efficiency, overloaded instance methods are available for many compound operations on vectors.
