public enum MeasurementScaleRemarks
The measurement scale is semantic metadata supplied by the caller. It is not inferred from the column element type. For example, numeric columns may validly be marked as nominal or ordinal when that reflects their meaning.
The assigned scale is independent of vector representation. Columns backed by categorical vectors may also validly use interval or ratio scales when the represented category values have that meaning.
Members

| Nominal | 1 | Values identify unordered categories. |
| Ordinal | 2 | Values identify ordered categories. |
| Interval | 3 | Values support ordered differences, but not a meaningful absolute zero for ratios. |
