RandomJumpSize
A RandomJumpSize value describing the jump distance for LongJump(UInt64). May be the same as JumpSize if the RNG only supports one jump distance.

This property provides metadata about the long jump distance. If equal to JumpSize, then LongJump(UInt64) is equivalent to Jump(UInt64).
