Overload List
Get | Returns a function that numerically evaluates the definite integral of a function between the two function arguments. |
Get | Returns a function that numerically evaluates the definite integral from the specified lower bound to the function argument. |
GetIntegrator(Func<Double, Double>)
Returns a function that numerically evaluates the definite integral of a function
between the two function arguments.
public static Func<double, double, double> GetIntegrator(
this Func<double, double> integrand
)
Parameters
- integrand Func<Double, Double>
- A delegate that represents a function of one variable that specifies the function to integrate.
Return Value
Func<Double, Double, Double>A delegate that represents a function of two variables that returns the definite integral of integrand from its first argument to its second argument.
Usage Note
In Visual Basic and C#, you can call this method as an instance method on any object of type Func<Double, Double>. When you use instance method syntax to call this method, omit the first parameter. For more information, see Extension Methods (Visual Basic) or Extension Methods (C# Programming Guide).GetIntegrator(Func<Double, Double>, Double)
Returns a function that numerically evaluates the definite integral from the specified lower bound
to the function argument.
public static Func<double, double> GetIntegrator(
this Func<double, double> integrand,
double lowerBound
)
Parameters
- integrand Func<Double, Double>
- A delegate that represents a function of one variable that specifies the function to integrate.
- lowerBound Double
- The lower limit of the integration interval.
Return Value
Func<Double, Double>A delegate that represents a function of one variable that computes approximation of the definite integral of integrand from lowerBound to its argument.
