Returns whether the logical value at the specified valid coordinates is missing, without performing bounds validation.

Return Value

Boolean
true if the logical value is missing; otherwise false.

Remarks

The caller must provide valid logical coordinates. In Professional builds, this method applies the matrix's missing-awareness policy before dispatching to the representation-owned core.
